Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and governance across the organization, aligning technology with business objectives.
• Oversee infrastructure, networks, endpoints, applications, identity management, and collaboration tools.
• Establish IT standards, service delivery, asset management, and incident response processes.
• Build and mature the IT function into a scalable organization supporting multi-site healthcare technology.
• Manage cybersecurity, privacy, risk, and compliance programs; lead incident response and business continuity planning.
• Partner with business leaders to select, implement, and optimize enterprise applications and platforms.
• Govern data flows, integrations, licensing, security requirements, and access controls.
