Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

We are continually developing products that are innovative, effective, and ensure that our customers feel beautiful inside and out.

AS Beauty is seeking a Director of IT and Business Systems to lead our technology strategy across infrastructure, business applications, integrations, and cybersecurity. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing our internal IT team and managing the systems that power our operations, ecommerce, and analytics. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our platforms while ensuring performance, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all internal IT operations through the IT Manager, including help desk, device management, and user support
• Lead the administration and optimization of core business platforms including AMT ERP, Shopify, BigQuery, and Amazon FBA integrations
• Own all systems integrations (API/EDI), including connections with 3PLs, retailers, and financial systems
• Drive adoption of tools that improve efficiency across operations, finance, ecommerce, and marketing
• Manage access controls, data integrity, and user provisioning across platforms
• Ensure a robust cybersecurity posture by partnering with our MSP on network security, threat monitoring, and incident response
• Maintain system documentation, process controls, and compliance with IT policies
• Support analytics and reporting initiatives via Power BI and related tools
• Manage relationships with external vendors including MSPs, software providers, and integration consultants

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of IT experience, with leadership across infrastructure and business systems
• Experience with ERP systems (AMT a plus), Shopify, and ecommerce or supply chain environments
• Strong understanding of system integrations via API and EDI, especially with 3PLs and retail partners
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, policies, and working with external security partners
• Proven ability to manage internal teams and vendors while staying hands-on as needed
• Excellent communication and cross-functional project management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, technical solutions
