Qualifications

• Must have healthcare IT leadership experience across multi-site practices.
• Strong analytics, data warehousing, and reporting infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with major EHR platforms and enterprise data environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with growth.
• Oversee 15 locations' infrastructure, networks, and cloud/on‑prem systems.
• Ensure uptime, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Direct EHR optimization and clinical workflow improvements.
• Manage cybersecurity, HIPAA/HITECH compliance, risk assessments.
• Develop enterprise reporting, dashboards, and data warehouses.
• Support analytics for clinical quality, productivity, and KPIs.
• Lead predictive analytics for capacity planning and demand.
• Supervise IT support, systems administration, and BI teams.
• Promote data‑driven decision‑making and SLAs.
