Job summary

Quince is seeking a Head of Planning to join our growing Operations team. You will lead all Inventory Planning and Forecasting for a defined business area, driving in-stock levels, turns and ROI while partnering with sourcing, merchandising and technology.

This senior IC role balances analytical rigor with strategic collaboration and hands-on execution, reporting to the VP of Inventory Planning. You will help shape future planning processes as Quince scales across categories and markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in inventory planning, merchandising, or related analytics/tech roles.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel statistical functions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Forecast items at style-color-size level by week with KPI ownership.
• Partner with sourcing and vendors to maximize product availability.
• Work with technology to develop automated forecasting solutions.
• Build short-, mid-, and long-range inventory plans aligned with strategy.
• Present forecasts and performance updates to executives weekly.
• Mentor one or more team members as the function scales.
