Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking a Manager of Internal Auditing to lead its Corporate Auditing Department and partner with executive management. Reporting to the CFO, you will shape audit strategy, strengthen controls, and drive improvements across AGP’s entities and locations.

This is a leadership role for an experienced audit professional with strong communication skills and a strategic mindset. You will develop the annual audit plan, mentor staff, and coordinate with the Audit Committee to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in progressive internal audit, external audit, risk, controls, or related experience with leadership of audit engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop internal audit staff and establish priorities.
• Shape audit strategy with a risk-based annual plan.
• Lead audits across corporate functions and operating locations.
• Communicate findings and risk assessments to executive management and the Board.
• Promote data analytics and technology to improve audit coverage.
• Oversee department budget and staffing for the audit function.
• Coordinate with the CFO on special projects and travel to locations.
