Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Director/Sr. Director of Interior Design in Addison, Texas. The role leads the interior design studio across multifamily development and renovation projects, guiding teams and cross-functional partners to uphold design quality and strategic vision.

The position requires 15+ years of experience, a relevant degree, and strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Travel within the US is expected as projects span multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design discipline from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead design vision and execution for all interior-related projects, including new developments, capital improvement projects, and renovations.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects from concept through construction completion, ensuring design excellence and quality.
• Direct and perform all phases of interior design, including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, FF&E selection, procurement coordination, and construction administration.
• Manage project pipelines, forecasting, staffing plans, and department priorities to meet business objectives.
