Qualifications

• Master's degree in sports management or equivalent; substitution allowed with 10 years related experience.
• 5+ years of progressive administrative experience in a directly related field.
• Proven results in fundraising and revenue generation.
• Knowledge of cultural differences and campus diversity.

Responsabilités

• Oversee budgeting, staffing, compliance and event management for 22-sport NCAA Division III program.
• Manage operations of athletic facilities and supervise staff.
• Collaborate with campus leadership on academics, student life, and career services.
