This position is responsible for the comprehensive management and strategic direction of the Interceptor Services business unit within the Environmental Services Division. This role involves setting a clear vision and high standards for the unit, ensuring that organizational goals and policies are achieved while fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and collaboration. The Director will develop and implement business strategies that align with emerging industry trends and customer needs, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial stability. This position also plays a pivotal role in driving innovation, managing large-scale infrastructure, and representing the division in various forums.
Salary Range: $155,979.00 - $253,240.00 Annually
Any of the following combinations of completed education (in engineering, wastewater treatment and technology, management, or related field) and experience (in wastewater collection system maintenance or related field):
License Requirement: Minnesota Pollution Control Agency S-A Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator Certificate or the ability to obtain within 24 months.
