Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed to practice in Texas or another U.S. jurisdiction.
• Proven leadership experience in ethics/compliance or investigations.
• Strong written and oral communication for executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor investigators, compliance specialists, and an anti-corruption attorney.
• Manage confidential reporting program (hotline, email, mail) and case management.
• Oversee investigations into alleged Code of Business Conduct violations and remediation recommendations.
• Prepare reports for senior management, Audit Committee, and the Board.
