Job summary

Wayne State College in Nebraska seeks a Director of Institutional Research to lead the development, validation, and assimilation of enrollment, student, faculty, and related data reports for campus planning, assessment, and external agencies.

You will collaborate with IT and campus units to maintain databases and archival systems, supervise multiple reporting processes, and guide the IR team in continuous improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate institutional research including enrollment, student, faculty, and related data reporting for campus planning and external agencies.
• Collaborate with IT and campus units to develop, maintain institutional data bases, technology, and archival systems.
• Oversee multiple campus reporting processes and set development priorities for reporting.
• Supervise data reports and ad-hoc requests for internal and external stakeholders across the state college system and Wayne State College.
• Coordinate completion of student, enrollment, alumni, facility and faculty reports and surveys for internal and external audiences including system, state, and federal reports.
• Provide leadership and support for the Institutional Research team, including staff development and continuous improvement through process review and training.
• Develop, complete, and publish periodic and annual enrollment and campus summaries.
• Oversee the Student Right to Know webpage and NSSE surveys.
• Serve on college committees and work with campus community members.
• Supervise and evaluate Institutional Research staff and administer the IR budget.
• Ensure adherence to IR, institutional, and NSCS policies and procedures.
