Wayne State College in Nebraska seeks a Director of Institutional Research to lead the development, validation, and assimilation of enrollment, student, faculty, and related data reports for campus planning, assessment, and external agencies.
You will collaborate with IT and campus units to maintain databases and archival systems, supervise multiple reporting processes, and guide the IR team in continuous improvement and staff development.
Nature of Work: The Director of Institutional Research leads the development, validation, and assimilation of appropriate enrollment, student, faculty, and relevant data reports for the campus community and outside agencies in support of campus planning, assessment, and continuous improvement.
