Qualifikationen

• Eight years of experience in senior IT/business leadership roles.
• Five years of experience at a division manager level or equivalent.
• Experience directing multiple divisions (IT, Communications, Analytics) and cross-department collaboration.

• Direct planning and management of the IT Division, including system analysis, security, project management, and vendor management.
• Direct planning and management of the Communications Division, including strategy, websites, social platforms, and public/policy communications.
• Direct planning and management of the Civic Analytics Division, overseeing data policies, GIS, and enterprise asset management systems.
• Lead efforts to collect, analyze, and disseminate data to the public and across City departments, promoting open data.
• Lead the City's enterprise AI strategy, including governance, risk management, and deployment of AI initiatives.
