The role requires 10+ years in marketing/innovation with a track record of launching new categories. This on-site position reports to the VP of Marketing and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Shows strong understanding of grocery and consumer packaged goods markets.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads the innovation strategy and product roadmap.
• Guides category portfolio management and strategic focus for current and future products.
• Manages stage gate process for concept feasibility and business case.
• Leads cross-functional teams to deliver food, packaging, and GTM plans.
• Mentors team members and fosters an inclusive, collaborative culture.
