Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive infection control, infectious disease or epidemiology experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory, teaching and/or administrative experience.
• 3+ years of Infection Control & Prevention experience in acute care.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in DNV, CMS, AZ Dept Public Health regulations and hospital policies.
• RN AZ license and CIC certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, strategic leadership for infection prevention program.
• Lead surveillance, education, and KPI reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Oversee Infection Prevention staff and 24/7 coverage.
