Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM plus five years of progressively responsible management experience.
Background check required due to critical infrastructure access/regulations.
Ongoing compliance with state and federal regulations for critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead CASFER's Sustainability Plan and ~ $1M/year membership revenue.
Grow industry membership through recruitment, retention, and pipeline development.
Lead proposals, partner discussions, and commercialization activities.
Coordinate with Center leadership and ISCE to drive industry engagement.
Maintain CRM systems and deliver regular metrics and reporting.
