Role: Director - Industrial/Manufacturing

Welty seeks an experienced leader to expand our industrial and manufacturing market verticals.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage in business development, establishing new relationships and identifying project opportunities in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
2. Collaborate with Welty’s preconstruction team to lead pursuit efforts for new projects.
3. Provide leadership during the construction phase of industrial/manufacturing projects.
4. Support operations in recruiting and onboarding key talent for market growth.

Traits and Qualifications:

• 15+ years of management experience on industrial/manufacturing projects.
• Established relationships with owners, engineers, and subcontractors in the sector.
• Current or recent role (e.g., Sr. Project Manager, Project Executive, Director) with a contractor, owner’s rep, or engineering firm in the industrial manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Northeast Ohio; preferably based in the Eastern US or Midwest.
