Job summary

St. Mary Catholic Central High School and Monroe Catholic Elementary Schools are seeking a Director of Inclusion to lead the St. Andre Bessette Open Doors Inclusion program, supporting diverse learners and advancing inclusive practices grounded in Catholic values.

The Director will collaborate with faculty, families, and support staff to ensure every student is welcomed, supported, and empowered to excel academically, socially, and spiritually within a faith-centered community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inclusive education programs is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, families, and staff.
• Commitment to Catholic values and student development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the St. Andre Bessette Open Doors Inclusion program.
• Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging for diverse learners.
• Work with teachers and support staff to ensure academic, social, and spiritual growth.
