Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Consulting Services Director for the Professional Services Consulting team. This leadership role focuses on directing engagement delivery for high-stakes security projects, incident response investigations, and strategic advisory work with global clients.

You will guide teams, mentor analysts, and partner with sales to win new business, while delivering clear, high-impact reports and recommendations to executives, regulators, and legal counsel.

Qualifications

• University/college degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading matrixed consulting teams in remote environments.
• Proven ability to communicate highly technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring high performance and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagement teams with high-level oversight.
• Perform initial triage and scoping for prospective clients.
• Partner with Sales to scope and win new business.
• Mentor team members to expand skills and maximize performance.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations and findings.
• Deliver services with continuous customer feedback to improve offerings.
• Staff engagements by coordinating with regional leaders.
• Demonstrate thought leadership via public forums and events.
