Upshop is seeking a Director of Implementation to lead our implementation organization and drive successful deployments of our Total Store Operations platform. You will mentor managers and consultants, drive automation, and shape scalable delivery models for retail customers.

Ideal candidates bring enterprise SaaS leadership and deep knowledge of grocery/retail operations, with a proven track record in customer outcomes and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years leading enterprise software/SaaS implementations.
• 3+ years of people leadership over implementation teams.
• Proven experience guiding customer-facing delivery for enterprise clients.
