Job summary

Oracle is seeking a senior security professional to lead the Global Physical Security operations for hyperscale data centers. You will oversee teams, programs, and services, with focus on crisis management, risk assessments, and incident response.

You will report to the Senior Director, Global Security Operations and coordinate with GSOC, Risk & Investigations, and external partners to ensure compliance with ISO, SOC1 & 2, NIST, FedRamp, HIPAA and PCI.

Qualifications

• 15 years of industrial security experience.
• 7+ years in senior management/leadership roles.
• Crisis management experience at corporate level.
• Knowledge of access control and video security systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication to executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational direction and oversight of GPS data center security programs.
• Manage budgets related to security services and programs.
• Lead incident response and investigations.
• Serve on Crisis Management Team for GPS operations.
• Project management for new data center builds and security redesigns.
• Develop business plans to sustain performance and customer service.
• Liaise with partners and external audit bodies to ensure ISO/SOC/NIST/FedRamp/PCI compliance.
• Provide security guidance to Oracle employees and customers.
