Position Description: Plan, direct, and supervise the Human Resources Department at Alpena Community College. This includes all or parts of recruitment, selection, onboarding, classification, compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, collective bargaining, contract administration, human resource information systems, and policy development to assure compliance with College policy, state, and federal regulations. This position is also responsible for coordinating the College’s efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under Title IX, which prohibits sex discrimination in all the operations of this College, as well as retaliation for the purpose of interfering with any right or privilege secured by Title IX.
