Job summary

Chick-fil-A Maple Valley is seeking a highly skilled Front of House Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, deliver fast, friendly service, and elevate guest experiences in a positive, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leadership or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee front-of-house operations including register, drive-thru, and dining areas
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service for every guest
• Coach and support team members in real time to maintain high standards
• Assist with training new hires and reinforcing company policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all guest-facing spaces
• Handle guest concerns professionally and with care
• Communicate effectively with back-of-house and leadership teams
