Ventura Services Florida is seeking a credentialed HR/Payroll Administrator to manage payroll, benefits, and related HR tasks in the facility. The role emphasizes confidentiality, compliance with HIPAA and FMLA, and accurate data entry into timekeeping systems.
Responsibilities include processing payroll on schedule, onboarding and training new staff, maintaining records, coordinating with senior leadership, and supporting daily operations and reporting to the Executive Director and Director of
Responsible for performing Human Resources, Payroll and Benefit functions within the facility in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Follow all applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in payroll.
Must have computer knowledge and general knowledge of office equipment.
Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance as required.
Must be able to work weekend and overtime as required.
Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
Frequent walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing, and pulling.
Willing to work beyond normal working hours and during disastrous circumstances, as needed.
Must be capable of performing the Essential Job Functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
