Erickson Senior Living Highland Springs in North Dallas, Texas, seeks a Director of Human Resources and Workplace Culture to lead HR strategy across a 1,700+ resident, 800-employee community. This role partners with executive leadership on workforce planning, engagement, succession, and performance management to drive an inclusive, high-performing culture.

You will oversee employee relations, development, and retention initiatives, ensuring a fair, supportive workplace aligned with enterprise

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of management in Human Resources is required.
• Experience acting as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple functions and managing an HR team.
• PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification is a plus.

Location: Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living

We are seeking a Director of Human Resources and Workplace Culture for our continuing care retirement community located in Dallas, Texas. This exceptional community offers a vibrant lifestyle to over 1,700 residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care and employs 800 team members.

We are currently looking for a Director of Human Resources who is dedicated to making a meaningful impact and establishing human resources as a strategic partner. This role will provide guidance in several key areas: employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, talent management, and leadership development.

Compensation

• Commensurate with experience starting at $140,000.00 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus.

What you will need

• A minimum of 7 years of management in Human Resources is required




• Experience working as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple business functions and managing a Human Resources team




• PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification a plus




• Experience working with a large diverse workforce of exempt and non-exempt employees
