Yellowstone Club’s Human Resources department is currently seeking candidates for a Director of human Resources. This is a full-time year-round position located in Big Sky, Montana.
The purpose of the Director of Human Resources is to assist the Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Human Resources in creating and implementing departmental plans, which involves identifying departmental needs and establishing plans of action relating to recruiting, training, benefits, compensation, and employee relations within the organization.
Directly supervises employees and/or supervisors; carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Club’s policies, procedures and applicable laws; responsibilities include but are not limited to: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources or other relevant degree; Strong communication skills
7-10+ years in leadership roles, including experience managing large teams
Valid State Driver’s License
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and legibly.Strong leadership, communication and collaborative skills.
Able to perform basic to complex math calculations.
Ability to solve basic to complex problems and/or know when it is necessary to get assistance in problem solving.
