Alloy Surfaces Company (ASC) seeks a Director, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) to provide strategic leadership and oversight of HSE and regulatory compliance programs. You will develop and execute HSE strategies, partnering with operations to drive safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing.

This senior role leads incident investigations, budgets, and training, while advancing ISO 14001/45001 alignment and continuous improvement across ASC sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Safety/Environmental Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HSE experience in manufacturing.
• Safety certifications (CSP, CIH, SMS, CHMM) preferred.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and execution of HSE strategy and programs.
• Develop, monitor, and report HSE objectives and performance metrics.
• Lead incident investigations using RCCA and other structured methods.
• Manage annual HSE operating and capital budgets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and interaction with regulatory authorities.
• Develop and deliver HSE training and awareness programs.
• Provide guidance on facility safety, environmental, and health standards.
