You will lead a divisional HR team, partner with central HR, and oversee payroll compliance while advancing a diverse, compliant workplace and strategic initiatives across the university.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or related field.
• 10 years experience in an HR function.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, retention, onboarding and off-boarding, training and development, employee relations and compensation.
• Oversee performance management and workforce planning programs while ensuring compliance with regulations and university policies.
• Partner with Central HR and leadership to align HR strategy with the university’s goals.
• Develop staffing projections and succession planning to support headcount budgeting.
• Drive organizational redesign/change and coach leaders on performance and opportunities.
