BGCSF is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead employee relations, performance management, leaves, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims. You will supervise an HR Generalist and ensure compliance with employment laws while partnering with payroll on benefits and open enrollment.

Based in San Francisco, this full-time role offers a competitive salary between $95,000 and $105,000 plus comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Competenze

• Five years of experience in human resources and staff management.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or commensurate work experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar software.
