Job summary

AC Detroit at the Bonstelle is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to oversee all hotel maintenance operations, ensuring the facilities, equipment, and public spaces are well-maintained and safe for guests and staff.

You will manage PM programs, coordinate with architects and contractors, monitor budgets, and lead a team to deliver reliable, high-quality service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Requires two years post high school education or equivalent work experience.
• Proven leadership and strong customer relations skills.
• Budgetary analysis capabilities and attention to cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the hotel and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Develop and manage Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets; control expenses and purchase supplies accordingly.
• Ensure safety training compliance and incident reporting per OSHA/related regulations.
