Job summary

Friendship Village of Dublin is seeking a qualified health care administrator to lead operations, ensuring safe, high-quality service for residents. You will oversee staffing, budgets, regulatory compliance, QA programs, and collaboration with Medical Directors and department managers, guiding teams to deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in health care or hospitality with supervisory duties.
• Bachelor's or Master's in health care/business management or equivalent.
• Broad knowledge of health care regulations and aging needs.
• Strong budgeting and reimbursement management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish standards and procedures for safe operations and high-quality service, compliant with codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with managers to supervise staff and ensure adequate staffing and performance levels.
• Coordinate with Medical Directors and on-site physician staff for quarterly discussions.
• Support move-in coordination for Life Care residents between units.
• Promote teamwork across departments and train new hires for smooth operations.
• Conduct QA measures, cost analyses, and research to support projects and programs as directed by the COO.
