Qualifications

• Own the technical execution of Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E) systems.
• Coordinate engineering activities, approvals, documentation, and required testing across program phases.
• Identify and manage program risks, changes, and HM&E financial performance.
• Serve as the primary HM&E technical liaison across engineering, supply chain, OEMs, customers, and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical execution of HM&E systems, ensuring integrity while managing scope, deliverables, cost, schedule, quality, and milestones.
• Support all phases of the program—from proposal to startup, design, construction, testing, and delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholder interfaces and ensure contractual compliance across multiple organizations.
