Qualifications

• 8+ years in implementation, professional services, or related customer-facing roles.
• Significant experience implementing EHRs or complex enterprise software.
• Proven people leadership in implementation or services teams.
• Experience staffing, capacity planning, and multi-deployment management.
• Experience scaling an implementation function within a high-growth startup is preferred.
• Ability to lead strategically while handling hands-on initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~10 implementation professionals and scale the org as the business grows.
• Own staffing and capacity planning across the implementation portfolio.
• Oversee multiple concurrent EHR and enterprise deployments to meet go-live goals.
• Establish scalable processes, rhythms, playbooks, metrics, and best practices.
• Provide hands-on leadership for complex implementations and client conversations as needed.
• Coach leaders and contributors with clear accountability across the team.
• Serve as senior escalation point for customers and drive issue resolution.
• Partner with executive, clinical, operational, and revenue cycle stakeholders.
