This role requires a Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background and a CHFM certification, with at least five years of supervisory experience in facilities maintenance.

The position reports to the executive team and guides construction, safety, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• CHFM certification is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in facilities maintenance.

Aufgaben

• Complies with hospital, safety, environmental, building, construction, and infection control codes and requirements for buildings and projects.
• Acts as owner’s representative in construction management services projects.
• Preserves organizational assets through effective equipment selection and maintenance.
• Implements security strategy, policies, and standards to maintain physical safety for all at SIH locations.
• Provides consultant services to SIH departments in facilities engineering, security and safety.
