What is Your Role?

The Director of Health Services (DON) is responsible for providing leadership in the development of standards, goals, and objectives for resident care. Directs the overall operation of the health services programs in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times.

• Microsoft Office proficiency
• CPR certification
