You are a licensed and experienced DON who thrives in a leadership role. You are dedicated to ensuring safe, high-quality nursing care and fostering a collaborative work environment. Your attention to regulatory compliance and ability to mentor team members helps ensure residents receive the best possible care in a compassionate and respectful manner.

What is Your Role?

The Director of Health Services, DON is responsible for providing leadership in the development of standards, goals and objectives for resident care. Directs the overall operation of the health services programs in accordance with federal, state, and local standards guidelines and regulations to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times.

We are seeking:

• Individuals who exemplify kindness, and positivity

• A professional who holds a current RN license for the state of Ohio, BSN preferred
• Diploma from accredited nursing school
• Those who value teamwork, family, and community
• Previous leadership and nursing experience in a continuing care retirement community or hospital.
• Must possess a customer service background and orientation with demonstrated problem solving skills.
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
