Bonduelle Americas seeks a seasoned Director of Growing & Harvesting Operations to oversee end-to-end crop production and harvesting across multiple regions, ensuring cost control, quality, and food safety. You will drive negotiations with growers, manage budgets, and lead field teams to meet demand in a fast-paced, plant-based product environment.

Located in California with travel across regions, this role partners with sourcing and planning to optimize supply and maintain product integrity

Qualifications

• 10+ years in growing operations or fresh produce leadership.
• Deep knowledge of crop cycles, yield forecasting, field operations, and quality management.
• Proven experience negotiating agricultural contracts.
• Strong understanding of perishable supply chains and inbound logistics.
• Able to travel frequently across growing regions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end crop production and harvesting across multi-region locations.
• Lead contract negotiations with grower partners and vendors.
• Manage harvesting costs, labor, equipment, and logistics.
• Ensure quality, food safety, and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with sourcing and planning teams to align supply with demand.
• Develop and mentor field teams; drive continuous improvement.
