You will coordinate customer satisfaction initiatives, supervise policy application, and partner with department leaders to strengthen community presence.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma and be able to understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted in a timely fashion.
• Knowledge of supply practices, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ability to minimize waste of supplies and misuse of equipment.
• Willingness to adopt new methods and incorporate them into practices.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement marketing and public relations programs to increase census and promote services.
• Develop and maintain policies governing release of information about residents and staff.
• Assist directors in marketing and PR policy development and updates.
• Review and update marketing and PR policies annually.
• Assist in surveys development, implementation, and tracking of customer satisfaction.
• Interpret information-release policies to employees, residents, families, and agencies.
• Ensure public information about services is accurate and descriptive.
• Ensure employees follow information-release policies.
