Job summary

Reporting to the Executive Director Dr. Toinette Gunn, the DOD will be a relationship-focused leader, collaborating with board and staff to maximize donor engagement and investments in the organization’s programs and youth

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising preferred.
• Ability to build and manage donor pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive annual fundraising plan.
• Diversify and increase philanthropic contributions from individuals, corporations, and foundations.
• Lead donor engagement efforts to maximize investments in the mission.
• Collaborate with Board and staff; report to the Executive Director.
