Job Summary
Virtual Latinos connects US businesses with pre-vetted virtual professionals across Latin America, building long-term partnerships that help businesses grow and professionals develop meaningful careers.
We’re looking for a Director of Growth to lead and scale our client acquisition strategy, driving sustainable growth through data-driven decision-making, multichannel marketing, and strong team leadership.
This role is responsible for increasing Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) volume while optimizing cost per SQL, ensuring that growth initiatives generate high-quality opportunities that translate into long-term client relationships.
As the CMO’s primary strategic partner for growth, you’ll oversee Acquisition (Paid Media and Outreach), Organic & AI (SEO/GEO and Web), and Email Marketing, aligning these functions around measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution. You understand the numbers behind growth, know how to identify opportunities across the funnel, and can confidently determine which initiatives to scale, optimize, or discontinue.
You’ll lead a team of growth professionals, manage significant marketing investments, and build scalable acquisition systems that support the company’s next stage of growth.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you’ll develop a clear understanding of our acquisition funnel, identify conversion gaps, and establish data-backed opportunities for improvement.
Over your first year, success means consistently increasing qualified lead volume while reducing acquisition costs, maintaining lead quality, and connecting performance improvements to measurable strategic decisions.
1. Growth Strategy, SQL Performance & Forecasting
Own the company’s growth strategy across paid acquisition, organic search, and outbound channels. Establish SQL volume, cost-per-SQL, and lead quality targets; develop quarterly forecasts; and use performance data to identify opportunities, address gaps, and improve acquisition efficiency.
2. Multichannel Acquisition & Demand Generation
Lead acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, SEO/GEO, and outbound prospecting. Optimize channel performance based on cost per SQL, customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), and conversion to client agreements. Oversee outbound programs using tools such as Apollo and Clay, including ICP targeting, lead enrichment, sequencing, and deliverability.
3. Conversion Rate Optimization & Marketing Analytics
Own the growth side of HubSpot, including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, attribution, workflows, and reporting. Improve conversion rates across the funnel, from website visitors and MQLs to Quick Call Scheduled and Completed. Lead A/B testing initiatives, identify funnel bottlenecks, and maintain reliable dashboards that support business decisions.
4. Growth Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead and develop three direct reports while overseeing the broader Growth Team. Establish clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, coach team leaders, and ensure alignment across Paid Media, SEO/GEO, Outreach, Web, and Email Marketing. Drive accountability, operational efficiency, and consistent execution.
5. Budget Management, AI & Growth Automation
Own and optimize the annual growth marketing budget, reallocating resources based on performance and projected ROI. Build and implement AI-powered workflows for content production, research, lead enrichment, and outreach. Measure automation effectiveness through productivity improvements, time savings, and acquisition efficiency.
6. Strategic Alignment, EOS & Executive Reporting
Partner closely with the CMO and cross-functional leaders to align growth initiatives with business objectives. Implement and manage EOS processes, including Level 10 Meetings, Rocks, and Scorecards. Deliver monthly executive reports, evaluate program performance, review departmental documentation, and provide actionable recommendations supported by data.
