Manthey Hospitality is seeking a Director of Sales for Nashville Riverboats to lead the group sales and event services team, driving revenue growth across corporate, convention, social, weddings, sports, and tour groups.

You will manage proposals, negotiations, pricing, and client wine; coordinate with food, beverage, marine, and operations teams to deliver exceptional events and lasting partnerships in Nashville.

Formación

• Proven success in hospitality, venue, tourism, or event sales.
• Experience leading hospitality sales and event services teams.
• Ability to generate new business, build relationships, and meet revenue goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-through skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and support the sales and event services team; set goals and expectations.
• Manage lead assignments, workloads, and timely follow-up.
• Develop and execute a plan to increase group bookings across corporate, convention, social, weddings, sports and tours.
• Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, planners, and community orgs; represent at events.
• Oversee transition from sales to event planning; ensure contracts and deposits are documented and handed off smoothly.
