Responsibilities

• Lead Graduate Student Recruitment Initiatives and build recruitment networks.
• Advance graduate student success, retention, and sense of belonging across units.
• Drive assessment, reporting, and strategic improvements for programs.
• Contribute to Graduate Student Affairs leadership and cross-institution partnerships.
