Harvard University’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences seeks a Director of Student Success to lead the Office of Student Success and support Griffin GSAS students and faculty. You will guide policy development, oversee programs, and collaborate with university partners to enhance student achievement and well-being.

Your leadership will shape student services, assessment, events, and graduate student life, while ensuring inclusive, student-centered support across Harvard’s graduate programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 7 years relevant work experience in higher education preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Directs all programs and services within the Office of Student Success.
• Advises 58 Harvard Griffin GSAS academic programs and their students.
• Oversees student support, policies and procedures across campus partners.
• Designs and implements student success programs and events.
• Participates in on-call rotation and crisis management.
