Job summary

Harvard Griffin GSAS is seeking a Director of Student Success to lead the Office of Student Success, advising graduate programs, and shaping policies that support student well-being and degree completion. This role collaborates with the Dean of Students and Academic Programs across Harvard University.

The incumbent will manage a small team, drive assessment initiatives, and coordinate cross-unit efforts to sustain a high-quality student experience and institutional continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the student affairs aspect of academic issues, programs, policies, and procedures.
• Advise 58 Harvard Griffin GSAS academic programs and their students in resolution of student issues.
• Lead and facilitate division-wide assessment activities and projects.
• Oversee an Assistant Director and a support staff member.
