Job summary

Northeastern University is seeking an Assistant Director, Program Development to help design and prioritize graduate education initiatives. You will work with department chairs, graduate associates, and program directors to develop new master's and doctoral programs across Northeastern’s campuses, aligning initiatives with enrollment and teaching goals.

You will analyze enrollment trends, engage employers, and collaborate with the Innovation Planning and Development group to explore market

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
3–5 years of experience with academic and administrative projects.
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

Organize and interpret data on enrollment trends, student interests, and employer needs across campuses.
Develop new master’s and doctoral programs with faculty and program directors.
Support roll-out of college programs across multiple campuses.
Ensure governance, accreditation, and licensure compliance for new programs.
Collaborate with the Dean's Office, Central Enrollment Management, and industry partners to shape market-relevant offerings.
