Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree – preferred

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing operations.
• Demonstrated success in resource planning, financial performance, operational metrics, and continuous process improvement.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

The Director of Government will report to the Chief Operating Office (COO) and will provide strategic leadership for Fenstermaker's Government group, overseeing Engineering operations, project delivery, financial performance, and team development across the following Engineering service lines: Transportation, Utilities, Site/Civil, Government Survey, and Coastal. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and building high-performing teams while partnering with the Chief Engineer, Business Development, Project Managers, and Executive Leadership to support client success and sustainable growth. The Director serves as a key leader in executing the group's strategic objectives. The Director of Government will be a champion and leader of our company’s core values while maintaining internal and external customer engagement and satisfaction.
