City of Seguin is seeking a Director of Golf to provide overall leadership, management, and financial performance of all golf operations at Starcke Park Golf course. This position oversees golf operations, golf shop merchandising, outside services, player development, tournaments and outings, customer service, staffing, budgeting, and revenue generation.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
At least six years in golf management with supervisory experience.
PGA Class A certification or ability to obtain within 36 months.
Class C Texas driver's license.
TAB/C Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Mansioni

Oversee all daily golf operations including tee-time management, reservations, check-in, carts, practice facilities, starter operations, player services and pace of play.
Develop and monitor the annual golf operations budget and provide regular financial/operational reports.
Increase rounds, green-fee, cart, range and other revenue streams; evaluate pricing and promotions.
Lead staffing, performance reviews, training, scheduling, payroll and safety.
Oversee golf shop merchandising, inventory, pricing, and customer presentation.
Plan and manage tournaments, outings, leagues, and special events; handle registrations and communications.
