Vercel is looking for a Director of Global Payroll to develop and scale the payroll function from a late stage start-up to a company prepared to one day become a public company. This role is critical in developing and implementing robust payroll policies, leading system implementations and establishing strong internal controls. You will spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at streamlining payroll operations.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $184,000 - $245,000. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
