  6. Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws across relevant jurisdictions, and update internal stakeholders as needed.
  7. Enhance accounting operational efficiency by assessing, standardizing, and streamlining day-to-day processes.
  8. Manage employee expenses, including overseeing the company's travel and expense policy.
  9. Assist with month-end closing activities related to payroll and employee expenses.
About You:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or through the Global Payroll Management Institute (GPMI) is advantageous.
  2. 12+ years of experience in payroll, with a minimum of 5 years managing a team.

  5. Proficiency with payroll systems including ADP and other technologies used in managing global payroll operations.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify compliance risks, conduct audits, and implement solutions.
  7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees, internal teams and external partners.
