Job summary

TransUnion seeks a Director, Data Science and Analytics to lead the Data Science Credit Product team, guiding managers and analytics professionals in developing attributes, scores, and related products for global markets. You will report to the VP of Data Science & Analytics in a hybrid role with in-person work at an office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team of 20+ people and expanding responsibilities.
• Deep knowledge of predictive modeling and ML techniques.
• Ability to present to large and senior-level groups and guide customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, pipeline management, training, development, goal setting, and performance management.
• Oversee revenue planning, budgeting, capacity planning, resource allocation, project management, and reporting.
• Travel internationally up to 50% and align with global stakeholders.
