Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect, Director to shape security across our global organization. You will design architectures for enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments, interfacing with engineering leaders to translate security needs into scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes strategic influence, cross-functional collaboration, and driving risk-based security programs across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS, including passwordless IAM and OT environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• One relevant cybersecurity certification (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSK) preferred.
• 10+ years in IT architecture/engineering with strong cybersecurity focus.
• 2+ years designing/supporting cloud solutions (Azure, GCP) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year architecting solutions in complex enterprise environments (including passwordless IAM and OT).
• Extensive experience assessing, designing, implementing, and documenting security technologies across SaaS/IaaS/PaaS.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop security architectures for enterprise, cloud, and hybrid systems (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
• Review enterprise security solution architectures at the Enterprise Security and Product Security nexus.
• Lead secure design decisions with minimal risk and proper controls.
• Represent security in global enterprise architecture discussions with senior tech leaders.
• Develop security standards with Eng, Infra, and Apps teams for full integration.
